Hi! I'm Jakob, I like to make pretty pictures, mostly using computers

I'm drawn to algorithmic worlds and the late nights spent exploring them, sharing the tools and knowledge I build along the way.

Most of my time is spent in Houdini, with a background in realtime and web. Lately I've been deep in realtime shader work with COPs, though I still take on traditional CG projects as a generalist.

I was Technical Director on Lichtung (Annecy, SIGGRAPH 2026, BAFTA Student Awards finalist).

This November I'm joining SideFX as an FX Artist Intern, where I'll be showing what's possible with Houdini.
